Hello everyone. It is my first time doing this ( jeban´s website just popped my cherry ;P). I have been a secret stalker for quite sometime. Suddenly here comes the topic that I think I really need to share with everyone. LIPSTICK!!! what else can it be!!! Well, Lipstick just came into my interest for like a year ago. Just because I read an artikle said that waitresses who wear red lipstick get more tips. well, it´s true! hahahha. So, here are my lipsticks.

here are my lipsticks!

 

 

 since the research said that red lips get more tips than other lips colors, my lipsticks are mostly red. Another reason is that i am too lazy to put on other makeups. red is a perfect choice. it fits nicely with almost everything and it is super easy to wear. just eyeliner, mascara and red lips, you are ready to walk on the red carpet.

i also have are orange and nude lipsticks for other occasions or when i´m not too lazy to put on eyeshadows. but they came after my red lipsticks. 

 

let´s start with red!! 

 

Here are tips and tricks to choose the right red lipsticks: get the one you like!! to me, it doesnt matter whether the color fits me or not. if you wear super red, it means that you have to be confident enough. so, go for it. after I try several brands and types of lipsticks, i figured out that: even tho the brands and types do matter, but it aslo depends on how you wear it.

1. Clinique High Impact SPF 15 No. 13 FLAMENCO 13 euro

    shiny with moisturizer. highly pigmented and long lasting

    super easy to wear and fills up your lips nicely

    fits real good with a retro pin up girl look.

    TIP AND TRICK: wear it first time as the base, then use a napkin to wipe off, then wear it again. it will

     give a nice intense color and last longer

2. Mac Russian Red ( matte) 18 euro

    the famous Russian Red. it last super long but it also makes your lips super dry

    highly pigmented and slightly darker when applied, which fits perfectly to autumn and winter

    TIP AND TRICK: put nivea sos lips balm for 5 mins then Mac Prep and Prime before apply. They do

    help prevent dry lips

3. Mac Brave Red ( cremesheen) 18 euro

    easy to wear

    needed to reapply after meal. it does fade sometime

    shiny and moisturizes your lips quite good

    TIP AND TRICK, use a lipliner before ( i use Mac cherry lipliner). it makes the lipstick last longer.

4. Mac Chilli ( matte) 790 thb

    same as Russian Red

    brownish red which goes perfectly with gold.

    TIP AND TRICK: have you ever tried it with gold eyeshadow?? apply the lipstick and put shimmery

     gold eyeshadow in the middle. it brings out the color nicely. 

5. Mac Lady Bug ( lusture)  18 euro

    fun and easy to wear. ( actually this one is my fav.) 

    super shiny and doesnt make your lips dry. 

    TIP AND TRICK, it will last longer if you also use lip liner. 

 

6. Mac Cockney ( lusture) 18 euro

    shiny glossy shimmery. 

    super easy to wear and fits perfect to everything, from glam to everyday look, depends on the      

    amount you applied. 

7. Mac Must Be Red ( Cremesheen) 22 euro ( comes with a lip liner) 

     same as Brave Red but brighter in color.

     for a perfect look, apply it together with a lip liner

     since this one is too bright, it quite hard to find the matching clothes. but it gets along real good with  

    dark clothes

8. Mac Eden Rouge ( Mattene Lipstick) 18 euro

    glossy matte. i dont know how to explain.

   highly pigmented and long lasting

    because the applying area is quite small, it is better to apply it with a brush.

9. Mac Red Racer ( Satin) 18 euro

    shiny and easy to wear.

    highly pigmented and last super long.

    TIP AND TRICK, the easiest and the best look is only lipstick and eyeliner. bring out the pin up look!!

10. Lancome Rouge In Love N170  32 euro

   hate it and love it!

   nice color and super long lasting. never never fade away ( seriouly i think it lasts longer than chanel)

   fits real good with everything and super easy to wear.

   BUT: I seriously hate the smell. smells like grandma´s perfume.

   PS. my bf loves this one because when he kisses me, it doesnt leave marks

 11. Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Color SPF12 Old Hollywood.( No. 2) 18 euro

       long lasting, highly pigmented, still, easy to wear and fits along real good with everything

       moisturized and doesnt make your lips dry

       gives a light feeling with intense color. totally love it

 

12.  YSL Rouge Pur Couture No. 35.  32 eruo

       bright red with a hint of orange that makes your face bright and doesnt make your teeth yellow

       easy to wear and long lasting

       intense in color, super highly pigmented, apply it two times and you dont have to reapply it again

       TIP AND TRICK because of color intensity, apply it precisely. otherwise, it will look a lil bit smudgy.

 

13. Chanel Rouge Allure No. 67 Excessive. 30 euro

      shiny glossy bright red without glitter that fills your lips nicely

      light to wear but last quite long

       not as intense and dry like Rouge Allure Velvet

       TIP AND TRICK i always use it when i´m too lazy/ hurry to put on lip blam or primer. it doesnt make 

       my lips dry at all

 

14. Chanel Rouge Allure No. 99 Pirate. 30 euro

      same as above but with blue undertone

      fits nicely with dark colored dresses especially dark blue.  

      this color makes my complexion looks pale sometimes

 

15. Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet No. 38 La Fasinante 30 euro

      Matte look with deep red color. 

      look classy but with wrong light your might look real old :P

      intense in color and long lasting

      perfect for autumn BUT dont forget to moisturize your lips sometimes it does make my lips dry. 

      TIP AND TRICK perfect for going on a date in a fancy restaurant with candle light. it makes your lips 

      outstanding. 

 

16. Geurlain Rouge Automatique No. 123. 32 euro

      just fun to open but dont get confused where the lipstick comes out.

      shiny red, moisturizes 

      highly pigmented and long lasting

      i think the package makes it hard to apply. 

 

17. Geurlain Rouge Automatique No. 125. 32 euro

      winey red. 

      give you a nice intellectual sophiciated look but if you dont wear proper clothes, it will make you

      look like an auntie.

      

 

 

 

       

       after all the reds,which are quite intense and sometimes are too much for a casual look, here comes the oranges. while reds give you a confident and independent look, oranges are somewhat relaxing and more cheerful. it´s perfect for a casual day time look to a fun party look. personally when i wear orange lipsticks, i always put on brown or warm tone make ups. it makes me look tan and healthy.

one negative point about orange is that sometimes, it is quite hard to find a matching colors. i mean for clothes and make ups.

 

 

 

 

1. Chanel Rouge Allure No. 98 Coromandel 30 euro

  orangish red with gold shimmered. 

 long lasting, highly pigmented but somehow, it doesnt show that much of the shimmer

because it is somewhat in the middel between red and orange, it fits perfect to everything.

 

2. Mac Lady Danger ( matte) 18 euro 

long lasting but super dry

your lips should be highly moisturized before wearing this lipstick

 

3. Lancome L´Absolu Rouge 134. 28 euro

last super long and highly pigmented

moisturizes your lips real good

the color is more orange than Coromandel.

doent leave that much stains and marks

 BUT i hate the smell, still. hahhaha

 

4. Mac Sail La Vie (satin) 18 euro

fun and nice to wear. intense in color but still feel light 

long lasting but need to reapply sometime after meal for a perfect look

TIP AND TRICK, it´s from hey sailor collection. to bring out the color, try this color with complimentary color outfits. you will see how fun it is.

 

5. Lancome Rouge In Love 146 B. 32 euro

pinkish orange ( look a lil bit peachy) . a nice mixture ( the color changes depends on the light to me)

makes me look young and healthy

one good thing about rouge in love is that it last super super long and doesnt leave any mark. 

but i still dont like the smell

 

6 Mac Morange ( amplified)  18 euro

super in color intensity and long lasting

sometimes it makes my lips dry.

TIP AND TRICK. moisturized your lips before applying. it makes a great combination with other colors. if it is too intense try to mix it with honey love. 

 

7 Mac Korean Candy ( sheen supreme) 16-18 euro i cant really remember

nice glossy lipstick but more like a lip gloss without the sticky thicky feeling

highly moisturized 

doent stay that long

 

 

 

 

well, here are all my lipsticks that i wanna review. it´s quite a lot of texts and everything but i really wanna share it with you guys. i hope you guys enjoy it and hope that it could help you with your next lipstick shopping. 

 

one last thing before i finish my review.
