The finishing effect on my face is just nothing as the brand claimed. Besides, it leaves my face with greasiness within a few hours after my application. It glides on my face so easily only when my skin is extremely well-moiseturized. For those with tons of dry patches on your face, it will turn out to be your nightmare ever.
2. Daily Makeup Brush Cleanser from Sephora
I feel so freaking disappointed with the cleaning power of this product because it takes me for ages to clean off makeup dirt from the bristles of my brushes. It is a big mistake that I waste my money on such a hopeless product.
3. Pro-Prime Multi-Protect Primer SPF 30 PA+++ from Nars
This product is more like a daily moisturizer than a primer in my opinion because I can't feel any effect of keeping my makeup last long throughout the day. Moreover, it leaves my skin with greasiness. It helps exaggerate my pores during the day. So awful
4. Matte Veil Primer from Ilamasqua
I stay away from this product because it is alcohol-based and I'm sensitive to any alcohol-based product. The overall effect of this primer is only to keep my makeup look fresh only a few hours. That's it. After that, I'm so in need of blotting papers.
5. Lucent magique highlighting pen from Loreal
It just makes my under eye area look caky though I use only a small amount of the product. It clings onto my fine lines around my eye and nose areas. It is quite difficult to really make this product work on my skin.
6. Fortified Skin Illuminator from Mac
This product is glided on my face with difficulty though my skin is well-moisturized. Sometimes, it makes my face too yellow. Worse than that, it changes my foundation color. So sad
7. Teint Couture Long-Wearing Fluid Foundation from Givenchy
No long-wearing effect has been seen in my opinion. It lasts only a few hours after my first application and four up to five hours with my well-primed skin. Disappointed
8. Oil Free Supreme Foundation from Laura Mercier
This foundation shouldn't have been labeled oil free supreme because it leaves my skin with greasiness and excess oil throughout the day. I shouldn't have bought it actually.
9. Glowing Primer from THREE
Actually, this one is not that bad. The result is just so so in my opinion. I think I can find something better out there with the same price range.
10. Micronized Setting Pressed Powder from Make Up Store
It turns my foundation color a bit gray. It messes up my makeup color. I think it is not translucent as claimed. The product is quite powdery though labeled as micronized powder. It amazes me very much indeed.
That's all for my top 10 beauty products I regret buying. Actually, they aren't that bad. They aren't just good enough for me. That's what I would say. See you all soon.
