แต่มันทำให้ดูไม่น่าสนใจเลยค่ะ

That means you have to check the resume again and again if you misspell any words, miss any punctuations, etc. The format has to be correct too.
As I said, writing the resume is not to write in a sentence, but a phrase. If you write a cover letter, it has to be in a sentence.
Look at the way they write the resume in the samples. They used a past form of a verb for the past experience and education, and an infinitive-without "to" form of a verb for the current experience and education.
